believe he could have
made it just as big
commercially is
his piano-slamming
musical style was not
so relentlessly wild,
his persona not so
threateningly hard
Eventually Lewis
decided to abandon
Rock & Roll for
Country Music. He
went on to have many
country top ten hits.
